Pandemic Legacy: Season 1

"Pandemic Legacy" is a cooperative campaign game with an ongoing story played through 12 to 24 game sessions, depending on your group's progress. At the start, it plays much like the regular Pandemic board game. You and your team of disease-fighting experts must rush to travel around the world, treating outbreaks of diseases and researching cures for four deadly plagues before they become uncontrollable.

During your turn, you have four actions you can take. You can move around the world, build research stations, treat diseases by removing cubes, trade cards with other players, or work on finding a cure for a disease. Each player has a unique role with special abilities to help with these actions.

After your turn, you draw two cards. Some of these cards can be epidemic cards, which add more disease cubes to the board and can lead to outbreaks, making diseases spread even faster. Outbreaks also make cities more panicked, making them harder and costlier to visit.
