Comprising Sergio Arau, Armando Vega-Gil, and Tito Fuentes, the band gained popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Despite disbanding in 1999, Botellita de Jerez left a lasting impact on the Mexican rock scene and is remembered as a pioneering and influential group.
